About the program

The gap between training and a professional career is real.

Your Next Stage is designed for emerging dance artists preparing to enter the professional world. Whether a dancer is completing their training or beginning to audition, the program provides individualized guidance to refine their artistry, strengthen their technical foundation, and navigate the industry with confidence.

It is built to do more than bridge the gap between student and professional. Through weekly group classes, one-on-one coaching, and conversations with working professionals, dancers gain the practical career tools and industry insight needed to build a sustainable career — not just land a first contract.

Every dancer receives a clear roadmap to success.

What you’ll gain

You finish the program with a portfolio, not just notes.

01

Professional headshots & dance photos

An individualized photo shoot during the in-person intensive week, so your portfolio images are made for auditions — not borrowed from a recital.

02

A polished professional resume

Two full sessions on CV and resume building, shaped to what directors in this industry actually read.

03

Audition preparation

A mock audition, plus guidance on where to apply, how to write the email, how to plan a tour and budget for it.

04

Personalized artistic feedback

Three one-on-one coaching sessions built entirely around your goals, with ongoing check-ins to track progress.

05

Industry knowledge you can’t google

Company culture, contract types, pay structures, and the realities of the audition room — from someone currently inside it.

06

A career-ready mindset

Strategies for rejection, work–life balance, nutrition, and cross-training, so the career you build is one you can sustain.
